Village Power!

Why not make a village power where if a village was being raided the Lawspeaker can activate a village warcry which sacrifices some authority but gives a boost to each villagers UA. This would be directly related to the lawspeakers overall charisma and UA. I think that this would add a nice twist to raiding a small village and would be awesome to see people actually fighting back when the warcry is initiated.

Because at the opposite end, it would incentivize raiders to plop down a village next to their raid site just to get the same bonus offensively. :)

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
