No, same one. It was never addressed and while it's not a huge issue, this idea seemed to make sense to me. It's difficult to argue against it logically even. It doesn't hurt inheriting players in any way as if they're sticking to that character a small buy-in cost is trivial and necessary for other crafts such as cupboards, it doesn't affect players on their first characters negatively, it makes sense that you'd need yeomanry to interact with claims, and it eliminates a large pool of early discovery lp that would otherwise be used to expand a claim. Due to the nature of claim lp cost growth, even a dent of ~2k lp substantially limits how far one can extend a claim via suicide alts.
Sure, you can just load up curios onto the alt and spend those but this adds an input and time cost which removes the immediate nature of this exploit.
