[idea] lawful good moderation

I've just bought the game.
My reaction to a non-declared server downtime doesn't seem too bad to me.

I mean in any other games, when servers are going down, you are told so.
Then when server goes down, and I'm feeling upset because I've just bought the game a few minutes ago, I feel like it's normal to get a clear answer.

What I got was : "poor boy" and post sent to trash.

So yea, as an idea, I suggest a cooler moderation.

The server crashed, bro. By definition that's an unannounced event, because if we knew it would it wouldn't have. It's up again now.
