Banquet Hall

Double the size of a mansion in length and possibly also bigger in width but has no upstairs area. A cellar could be added I suppose for extra food storage. Contains a bonfire in the middle (Rather than implementing the bonfire as a buildable item itself and you need a chimney or other opening on the roof of the house).

Feasting inside the banquet hall should give a slight bonus, lighting the bonfire increases this bonus and having some amount of other players around adds to the bonus even further.

I like this idea. It should also have a door that can be barred inside or out... for... reasons :D

I would like charisma to have proper uses. It's not like we're lacking food options on it. Yesterday threw out friggin 30 ruffe, it was all we could catch.

And if I'm wrong, there are good uses for it, plox explain them XD

I didn't even think about that but it's a good point, yeah I think charisma should play a role in this for sure.

In legacy the charisma of the banquet host impacted the FEP bonus or something. I honestly never got around to testing that purely because trying to sink up stam grinding for banquets was a pain and no one wanted to.

I'd still prefer some form of banquetting available to small villages though. I'm living with 2-3 people at a time, and I'd like to participate but without needing to make something bigger than a mansion just to be involved XD

I'd personally prefer if both the banquet hall and the old outdoor bonfire got implemented together :)

Yes I remember now, I believe it went off the charisma of the person lighting the fire and you're right I do agree that not everyone will want or need such a large building for the sole purpose of feasting so having both the hall and bonfire be separate items does make sense.

yeah actually those pictures are pretty much what I had envisioned, I do in fact recall a similar suggestion and perhaps it was you that posted it but I can't remember for certain

Bigger houses would be fun.
