Unsealing

It would be nice if that the person who built the palisade seal the wall but could still unseal the palisade and keep on building.

edit: also a kin with confirmation to unseal could unseal

If we could unseal corner posts, that would lead to severe griefing. The short answer to your request is no. Not gonna happen.

It would be nicer if the original builder was the only one who could interact with the walls he built, that way we wouldn't need to bother at all with this sealing crap.

Alternatively, if a wall is on a claim, only the claim owner/villagers can open the walls building menu.

This becomes problematic when multiple people are building the palisade, and no one remembers who did it. :P

Dropping another cornerpost isn't *that* expensive. I'm fine with it the way it is.
