Freshly planted plants is not removable

It would be very comfortably if game allows you to remove planted plants from the soil, like irl.

The flipside being it allows raiders to destroy every single bit of crops you have currently growing.

It's come up before in past worlds, and I'm not really sure I want to see it changed. I do agree being able to destroy them is more "realistic" though.

Yeap, this sounds reasonable.
But I suggest, if you planted a seed, some timer starts up for 5 min or so, and game allows you to remove this plant from the soil within 5 min. When timer runs out everything will be like it is now, no possibility to remove.

Can't speak for hermits but for towns this shouldn't be an issue. Nobody goes through the hassle of removing all crops you find there. Would take days...

This would be convenient for OCD farmers. It should be STAGE 1 that plants can be removed from the soil, imo. Would be extremely useful.

Why would you need this?

In case you planted the wrong crops on a field: plant the right ones next time, and this time on the other field.
It's not that they will grow different in another location...

Yes, some people can be stupid and also have OCD. No sarcasm intended.
