Better Align the Cursor

Not necessarily related to the exact topic raised but in a similar category, make cursors have their actual center more noticeable. Inspecting tiny* stuff trying to figure out which pixel of the lens is the actual center is fun.

Same for attack cursor, i usually need half a dozens clicks on ants.
Some consistency would be nice, like that it is always the top left corner. or the tip of the icon.
