Curdling Tubs - Why cant we mix sheep and cow milk?

Postby CaptainMidget » Mon Oct 19, 2015 7:20 am

Now, I would've put this as a bug, but Im writing this as a suggestion.

Theres literally no difference in the sheep milk and cow milk at the moment. Please let us mix sheep and cow milk inside a curdling tub, with a tub full of 3 liters rennet, you'd need a ton of milk. I doubt smaller villagers would have 10+ milking cows at any one time to be able to sustain the amount of milk required for curds at this stage.

Please dont suggest "Just build a second curdling tub".,

While im not sure if this has been implemented yet http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=44380 I just cannot understand the reason behind not mixing the milk.

Might consider. Thanks.

Not sure if it's worth the effort if different sets of cheeses are planned for cow and sheep milk (and hopefully goat milk eventually).

I would rather see differing cheese types then, mixing, though even that could add cheese types...

Yes.. we should have goats too ...

Myseost !
Brown cheese (Norwegian: brunost, German: Braunkäse), also called whey cheese (Norwegian: mysost, Danish: myseost, Swedish: mesost, Finnish: meesjuusto, Icelandic: mysuostur) or red cheese (Norwegian: raudost),[1] is a caramelised brown Scandinavian whey cheese. It is produced and consumed primarily in Norway, and has been described as "quintessentially Norwegian".

I loooooove this in RL. :P I want it in game too

I really love this idea to be honest. I was thinking of it before too.
