Crop Timers and Farming

The RNG-induced disparity in crop maturation time is maddening. Maybe the Farming ability could make the possible range of times smaller, with diminishing returns the higher the ability is raised.

Or perhaps this could be dealt with through the Nature skills (Gardening, Plant Lore, etc.), with each skill cutting the randomness of the growth time by a significant percentage.

Propose voice "you need to construct additional beehives"

Beehives check for 5 unboosted tiles per hour
if you have the correct number of hives, they will all finish at the same time.

What's the correct number of bee hives? And don't they only work on flowering crops?
