Can you add option notebook? Or ingame notebook\book? Where user can write.

A clay tablet maybe?

Craft it from 3 clay, burn it in the kiln, write song lyrics and draw penises on it :)

It's really?
I not have this craft.
But, if jorb add Press, paper, book, ink and ability "write in the book", then it would be fine.

Parchment was basically this, only once it was written on it couldn't be edited

Should re-add parchment, yes.
