Increase the time it takes for cheese to become generic

Postby jordancoles » Mon Dec 14, 2015 8:43 pm

Last night my curd trays were at 87%
Today they have become cc, and they were 17% towards generic gouda

Generic cheese gives the same hunger levels as regular cheese, but it also gives like 9con instead of 27-30 str for example from a piece of bbc
Why is the change to generic so fast, and why is it such a punishment?

If I were to forget about my cheese being done for a day I'd have an entire batch of generic, which is a double FEP cut compared to the original cheese type
I feel like the change is too quick and the fep loss is too much

I agree with this really. In legacy it didnt change without you manually moving the racks, did it?
Its super annoying and non-fun to lose some MBC because something happened irl.

Will consider.

Why I spend half a game season (yes 7 hours) watching cheese like a hawk watches small prey....

It is rather ridiculously unforgiving as it is.
