Smaller Gate Options

-1 tile wide gates
-big enough for a player
-animals cant go through so certain places like Goos trade center doesnt need to be ghetto rigged with runestones.
-wagons or carts cant go through
-totally would be easier to line up for certain aesthetic endeavors
-requires 2 steel, so one load from a steel crucible will do.
-WOW!

I'm all for new types of structures and options like this. new gates would be nice. :)

Great idea. But remember to add those neat spirals on gates like in the image above.

Do expand upon that? Goo uses runestones to prevent people from leading cows into her trading center? Why do people do that?

Because horses are littered with bugs and it's best to keep chances for bug abuses to a minimum when possible.

I think the idea was to stop people from anibashing everything not to stop cows specifically. Since those gates need to kinda be open 24/7 for what she's trying to do there.

There is multiple reasons.
Somone may lead bears/boars inside with alts and kill everyone.
There might be bugs with orses that you can go around visitor debuff.
And stuff like that.
