Would be cool.
Maybe like 100 earthworms / bucket.

100 would be larger than a stack. i would say there should be two buckets, a snazzy wooden one (needing leather) and a metal one.

The wooden one would be about quater of a stack. So 20-25. The metal one would be a bit more than half a stack so 40-50.

Although, we could do this even easier. And just use the existing bucket. Store 10L of worms. but buckets are made for water... worms are classed as soil (sigh).

they could be "crafted" like crops into fodder in a trough.

A mix of worms, endtrails, intestines etc.

Right click the bucket on the fish node to not need bait for... X period of time. Or it provides a bonus to fishing for X period of time... speeding up the process.

Good thinking batman!

+1 ... would be perfect for fishing and so many worms making ugly piles on my lawn. :(

You do know that, uh, a bucket is a bucket, and what it's made of doesn't really matter? Also you can stick seeds and powders in a blucket

Too much entrails scattered on my lawn. would be nice to have this.
I have vague memories of tying a woman up and throwing her in a dungeon.

Yes, i do. Hence the last part of my post..... Worms as a stockpile item are classed as soil, or at least go into the same pile as soil, not seeds, or powders, or water, or tar, or milk, or spring water... the list could go on.
