Chalk board

Signs and runestones are limited in use due to the small space and the main point here, one time use. Simple fix, add chalk, we could use stone to make a tablet which could be hung on walls (or placed like a sign if you really like) written on, and cleaned for use again. Sometimes I want to leave notes for my friends but the sign just wont hold the space and seems like a waste to make a bunch of over time. The chalk be made from limestone i suppose because that's already in game and is close enough to being life like for the game.
