We cant change the exact points of ground, only as tiles. Couldnt this be fixed somehow?

how bout we wait til the game is more optimized before we consider something that puts even more length on the loading times?
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

Neither do figuratively and literally.

Im just asking for a way to change the specific terran dots, that already are there. When you dig ground it digs from these spots as a square, but we can't fill or dig a specific spot. I'd imagine it would just be a small fix on the land survey thingy.

So im not forced to create stairs like this: https://gyazo.com/adad4d6d7c39b7fae7f3482707747a13 I could do smooth ramps like this: https://gyazo.com/f78d827156b5fef25afa47ff312ad10f

You can create ramps, although it takes lots of surveys. Basically make a one-tile wide strip perpendicular to desired ramp orientation and flatten it. Then on the next higher tile make another one tile strip but set it's level higher than the previous (up to 3 unit difference if you want to build walls on this ramp). Flatten this strip and make the next one, rinse and repeat. The result is that just one side of the strips is left flattened to the set level, while the other is higher by how ever many units you decide.

You can also place dirt manually to build ramps

Hiw can you do it? It use to work by pressing right click, but now it starts a pile. Also doing this all manually takes a long time.
