be it horses or bulls i dont care which. i just wanna make one of my animals pull this down plow for me.

You can plow on horseback, though technically it drains your stamina not the horse's.

Oxen would make more sense for plowing

Can an animal be pulling carts currently? This may also be goodness if it is not already good.

Lol, but no, imo the cart is attached to the horse once you are on it ..... :P
