arrows impaling targets

just a small change for realisms sake, how about instead of arrows appearing on the ground under the target that was shot, the target instead is impaled and you need to right click and choose a "reclaim arrows" option to get them back?

if this is too much of a nerf for raiders, this could only affect animals.

Seems like a lot of work for very little payout.
