Change to Tree Stunting

I suggest that instead of stunting the tree - as it is now, which is IMHO a bad and unrealistic mechanic - it should instead slow the speed of growth to something like 10-20% (just to pull some numbers out of somewhere) of what it would normally be (after terrain is taken into account).

If it will be so slow, will you not be just chopping it down in these case? I guess it can stop some tree strain dying out from some unluck with some small count plantings. I think I am pretty indifference for this one.

Idea is because at times you don't have any more seeds of the thing you grow (since they died on the table, for example), so this would at least give you the option to wait to gain new seeds for next generation (since some stuff gives seeds only when fully grown).

I think trees stunting should be very rare. However as you mentioned Im not opposed to much longer growing times instead. The % however I leave to the devs. :)
