No, there is no issue. Well 250 might be a lot, 50-70 would already be great

Doesn't have to be 250 necessarily, but given that flax and hemp are 35 at 1 product/tile, and carrot/beet are 3 products/tile, a stockpile increase to about 80 would be nice. Of course I wouldn't mind 250 either ;), but 35 is unreasonable.

Help and flax look somewhat reasonable after harvesting, but carrot and beet stockpiles look excessive for the size of the field they come from. So please Jorb, some increase in the size.

i stopped using carrot and beets for swill when i had this problem of moving soo much by wheelbarrow, it's convenient/simple to just use straw or flax and feed by bucket for seeds

i could move stuff around but honestly not gaining much other than more work for little gain imo
one wheelbarrow = 35 food
one bucket of seeds = 200 food

I think the vegetable piles should be dependent on the size of the product. Let's be fair, mulberry leaves are relatively small and light in real life, you can have thousands of leaves in a relatively small area. Now, imagine pumpkins, or water melons, I bet you'd fill a large person height bin with a relatively small number of them.

Honestly it sort of brings up a question of stockpile standardization. How big should piles be, should it be universal, or should it depend on the product in question. Let's put it in perspective that a cupboard holds 64 slots and takes up an entire tile both on the floor and vertically I presume. Soil stock piles I believe can hold 80 units, clay 80, ore 50, ingots 25. In one sense stock piles are very helpful, they allow you to pile resources immediately instead of having to store them in containers. On the other hand stockpiles somewhat negate the purpose of having containers at all and reduce the amount of buildings you need for cupboards and so on which is a small negative since it means you have to invest less in your village. I think for balance purposes as well as some slight reference to reality we should presume that we can stock pile larger amounts of small objects, or smaller amounts of bigger objects in the same amount of tile space. Yes, that means that you may end up with even less pumpkins per stock pile which, to me makes sense both in reality and in terms of resources per food. Pumpkins provide 16 units of resources when you carve them, that's 560 1x1 units in a one tile area compared to 250 mulberry leaves and so on.
