basically a survey that once put on the ground allows everyone to dig soil or clay capped by the survival of a man that placed the survey and not by ours
i know it would promote botting and shit but i wouldnt have to listen "hey teleskop dig us some clay" "hey teleskop dig us some soil"

could be also incorporated to the basic land survey )

This seems as a bad idea, skills are a required with digging nature's bounty for a reason. Maybe you can stop with adding your survival levels to making your dig to be bad, so people can stop giving you a hassle.

I feel your pain, but that sounds like a bad idea Cause while we're at it i might as well ask for butchers to spread their blood onto a butchering knife blade and let it cut as well as he would, inheriting the survival of the char bleeding all over it xD ughhh rather go digging clay than butchering.
