Parchment on palisade walls

Hey! I would love to be able to put up parchments on palisade walls, and make them only readable. Would be useful for my town now when we got teaching in the game so that people can just come and read the documents around my palisade instead of me having to hand it out every time. Lazyness prevails!

Hanging stuff on walls would be cool, but the implications for prestanda might be less cool.
