Wine bottles stoping the aging of wine

yes I had some wine in a wine bottle, it became vinegar. As much as I wish wine bottles could hold vinegar normally, that is not how I was thinking it should be done.

Can wine bottle stop the aging of liquids?

Of course they should. Bug quality. Will fix.

and moreover when they are put in a wine rack, their quality should increase over time.
