New "Faction"/Culture

Thoughts on the further development of Haven & Hearth? Feel free to opine!

New "Faction"/Culture

- More Cultured Items/ More Armour and Weapons (pottery etc) based on


- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wessex
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_East_Anglia
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Essex
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Kent

So that instead of just vikings fighting vikings we can have Scandinavia and Britannia gear/housing, foods etc. ( I honestly think this would be awesome) -- Make the map into two continents in reverence to real world Britannia and Scandinavia. Who knows what kind of fighting and conquering will break out. ( For boats Britannian boats would be like galleys or caravels or something)

Scale Mail would be an example of a new type of armour attached to this "new culture"

Maybe ad the Picts culture as well,

Haven & Hearth is a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game) set in a fictional world loosely inspired by Slavic and Germanic myth and legend.

Could have the Franks and Saxons in there too. Germanics. Why not the Vikings didnt exist in their own little world :P. Where are all the cultures they plundered :P

Seperate map into different continents (that are also factions) and when you start playing you can choose which continent you will play on. Also add quests and make it so you don't control 1 character, but you oversee the construction of your village (buildings are constructed by builder characters, fighting is done by fighters, etc.) I think this would be great for the game Xddddddddd

No no.

Just multiple huge islands or continents on the map. One big map. Just more cultures.

Also rename the game to "Absolute War" or "Complete War" or something like that.

If this idea would work it should be this way (though I don't think it's going to make the cut anyway):

Villages ''align'' with a culture. Everybody sworn into that village will craft stuff in the aesthetic of village culture.
Hermits / non villagers will always craft the ''wildman / germanic'' styled items.
