Cold Compress Decay

Postby Burinn » Tue Apr 26, 2016 8:27 pm

Snow already decays in less than a day once it's off a mountain top, because duh it's snow.

Why is it that cold compresses, the only useful use for snow, do not decay in a similar amount of time? It seems a little silly given that players are undoubtedly just converting all of their snow into compresses as soon as they get it. Cold compresses should decay, because they will no longer be cold when the snow in them melts. They'd just be compresses.

You could put it in for realism but its just enoying. Its also in a sealed bag to. So if you were to decay it, It should take longer than a day

I agree. I don't necessarily it should be the same decay time as snow or anything. But a few days, three or five, seems reasonable.

Cold compresses are supposed to decay, though. Will look at it.
