Birthday Cake upgrade

Birthday Cake upgrade

As it stands a birthday cake is not realy fully worth whats needed to make it. With the new +2 type of fep bonus, could the birthday cake get +2 cha and +2 Psy as its bonus? If anything the Psy would be great.

I make them much more often then once in a blue moon. Plus yess they would be worth throwing a party for.
