Idea for a buff

This may sound a tad vulgar, however, I cannot ignore the fact that there is no using the bathroom in this game. I think that maybe once a day, you should receive a buff that you have to use the bathroom and you have to either like go in a bucket or a stream or idk. but until you do you progressively become slower. the more often you eat the more often this event occurs. once again, idk I just think it might be interesting.

A downside to eating through several cupboards of food in a few minutes wouldn't be that bad.

That would be a de-buff. And no, it won't be interesting, apart from seeing someone trying to run away from you, and, when you've almost got him, he drops a massive dump and disappears into the green yonder like a Flash.
