Gilding should show up on clothes.

Name says it all. I think it would be absolutely bitchin if all gilded clothing showed their gilds. It shouldn't be too difficult to implement i imagine the hardest part would be making the art for all of them.

How about we make it so that you have the option in the options menu to make gilds visible or not and also make it so like only the first gild or something would be visible because i really like the idea of walking around with metal buttons and a fancy buckle on my clothes

Maybe some guy won't kill other in nettle gear, but he will defininitely try to, if nettle-gear-guy have indicators, that he wear 4-guilded pants.
Plus - a huge work on visual modeling. Many coding for right positioning and lokk.
And mainly - what the purpose? Fancy look? My farmer with 3-4 guilds in everey item won't look cool, he'll rather look like a pile of junk.

I'll give you 100% than you won't be happy, 'cause Loftar stitch that buttons on your back, and than Jorb will say "Meh, will look at that", when you try to point on incorrect modeling. The Badger hides on the wall hangs otherside for an half-year.

I think very hard doing to not looking like shit. Technically is possible for many guilding to be on single item. Advanced player will look as junkyard.
