Zero agility, rare spawn, no loot (or maybe something casual like turtle hat substituting as a low-q mining helmet, reducing damage from caveins for 50%). So they won't be hunted on purpose and would be like training dummies to test your attacks and ability to penetrate armor.
And crabs could be "attack" training dummies, with higher agility but extra low base dmg. Because of that no loot as well.
