Training dummies!

you're sitting around town bored , you see your archer buddies going full party on the archery target's and you as a melee fighter need to fight an animal that dies before you can even test what you wanted , how about using straw ,metal and leather to make a dummy that can be used to test your hit damage and such like being able to hit the damn atoms out of something while waiting for a task  Please jorb make my dreams come true bless us with your mojo ;)

That's actually a really cool idea, plus it would help new players understand the combat mechanics better.

Suggested quite often and I would like to see it ingame, but no metal so it is accessible to new characters to learn about the combat system interface.

I think one should be able to fuel it with Beautiful Dreams to enable sparring with it fighting back.
The more Dreams you put in the stronger it gets (like: per dream it gains 25% of your stats on the next round) ?

Or the quality of the dream given would determine the damage of the dummy and it's difficutly so would scale of dream and dummy quality also you may choose a weapon for the dummy maybe like giving it a stone axe or even a hird'sman sword and shield like being able to simulate a basic combat for any new warrior :D

As long as it does not give any experience or LP I am fine with them as testing objects.
