I was googling for Wiking ships because of svinos transport idea and Wiki took me to a section about "Nausts".
It's pretty much a house for boats, used in winter time.

You would need a straight shoreline to build it upon.

To make it more than just look fancy we would probably need it to have a lockable door, so you would only happen to get it outside with a key.
Without a key there would only be the option to wreck the house wiht siege weapons (thus needing a lot more time and effort than just boating away with it).

We could debate over if the knarr would either be released when the house is broken or destroyed (which would feel more reasonable to me).
A middle way would be to salvage a nearly broken, slow version of the knarr stored.

It would require to be nearby water to be built, or perhaps like few tiles of it should even touch the water. Soak would be same as palisade (You would have to siege the claim and destroy it with siege equipment if you want to get the knarr inside in case of it being claimed).

Mast of the knarr can of course be de-attached if needed so it can fit inside.

Also it should be quite expensive as well. Same tier with knarr. Lots of stone/blocks/boards/metal maybe even boneglue and stuff.

Also there could be somekind of hourglass that you have to wait to put the knarr in or take it out. This way it wouldnt be too OP (Hiding big ship in fractions of ssecond)

Also it could work as a storage for rowing boats as well.

Lovely! Just make sure it seamlessly integrates with palisade (there we bugs about passing through tiny holes between palisade and something)
