Knarr speed

i think if you have items in your knarr you should move slower i think this would be awesome if you are in a knarr chase and people are emptying their knarrs to get faster speeds (i know quality of knarr also affects speed but top factions will have similar top knarrs so this would be cool loL)

They're actually one of the quickest ways to get around the map besides road travel.
