Moderator is likely not has 24/7 available. Especially for userbase of diverse timezone. It would be bad for some user to begin talk to some other user in discussings and then moderator who does approvals will go offline. Maybe other user thinks this first user ignores him or some things like this. It is expectation that all user is able to make posting. I think it should be know so other user can manage expectation of timely reply of jailed user.

You don't get a notification when being put under curfew and I don't see a reason why you would need one since there most likely is a reason why you have been subjected to it.

In case your next post is good it will be delayed a bit (without prior notice but no biggie), should it be bad it'll meet a matching fate (deserved).
