Add casting time to «Vengeful incantation» to save XP

Topic.
It needs to happen to save your precious XP from missclicks.

I took «rage» today. Picking up «rage» unlocked the spell, which immediately started to annoyingly flash.
Pressed on it in order to stop it from flashing, and boom, -7500 xp. :evil:

All of the magics that have no delay need one or at the very least should require some secondary confirmation such as first click changes cursor second click activates spell.

They should get a short hourglass that could be aborted by moving.

Some of them do actually need to be fast to use though, the one that causes horses to rear up in your radius for example. If I'm being chased I'm not going to risk my life using a spell that requires any amount of wait time especially because the closer the enemies are to you the longer you end up being stuck there and they get out of the animation much faster.
