Also true, just mainly glad all is not as dead as they claim. Just had some thoughts on what could be done to help how it went a bit.... but there is much to explore as is still I think, I am not much of a PvP player, just glad I can kill bears again mainly.

War declaration could remove buffs given and permissions granted (by authority objects on declaring kingdom influence area) to the enemy kingdom members (determined by kingdom membership and hearthfire location).

That was part of the idea, though I was told it was bad.... I mean it means past having to have a king show up and do it, war is on.

With buffs I'm thinking about attribute bonus and whatever, not visitor debuff (which has to stay for obvious reasons).
