Reduce stamina drain while sprinting on paved tiles

I'd like to see a reduction in stamina drain while running/sprinting on paved tiles. I want to build a big road network that actually has a use besides just looking nice.

It already does. Run/Sprint on Paved terrain and then Run on Forest, you'll see the difference. Or are you saying it should be lowered more?

yeah, it should be lowered more if that's the case. If i go through the effort of paving a road, i shouldnt have to worry about sprinting. I feel the drain should be similar to running on plains/heath
