Animal for hauling

A donkey .
Can carry some inventory space and two things.
Would move as person at 2th speed when load are belowe 75%
Able to swim when less that 75% load. (alike person with 50 con)
Would move as person on 1th speed when loaded more than 75%.
Would not be able to swim while more than 75% load.
Also wont swim while you on it.
Low hp and only ridable when not loaded.
Kiling donkey would leave vandal.
Taking stuff from it by person who is not owner of it would be considered as thieft .
Donkey can have only one alive owner per lifetime.
