Strategic Resource Realm Convenience

Realms that cover strategic resources should have tools to offer convenience to resources under their banner. These tools don't offer things that can't (and are) already tracked with a bit of knowledge and spread-sheet maintenance, but reduce tedium.

Such tools could include a list that keeps track of resource quantities, regeneration times, and locations of resources under their realm.

Another tool could be pointers to resources on the realm, similar to quest givers. This should be toggle-able by resource type and potential other factors.
