Horse is faster while dragging wagons behind him than without them?

This does seem like an oversight. I guess you can enjoy crashing into things 3x as much.

Horse being attached to wagon made wagon travels a must have for villages and should stay so.
We have been able to travel and explore big areas for hours because we had a horse wagon that we used for storing our stuff. Not to mention the impact on trades as well.
Bad, shubla, bad complaints.
