[Request] More uses on Feathers

Postby kemil88 » Thu Oct 13, 2016 5:55 pm

I have PLENTY of feathers, I did start throwing them away and not even taking wild Hens because of that, I think they could be used on arrows as optional to increase the aiming speed (Feathers in real life are used to increase the stability and thus the precision of the arrow when travelling on long distances)

Maybe arrows should just have feathers in the first place? And if you have a coop and don't just eat wild chickens you wouldn't have this problem.

Put chickens in there, let them fuck and lay eggs, let the higher q ones hatch and take the lower q ones and make omelettes and shit. When you get a higher q chicken, kill the old one or move them to a different coop, if you kill you get higher q meat, bones, entrails, and feathers.

I agree, I would like to see more use for them, maybe another curio that takes them as well as using them on arrows, as decoration on hats or clothing, wall decorations and jewellery.

I end up destroying piles of feathers as they just accumulate and take up space.

@MrPunchers ... having a coop/coops doesn't eradicate the problem of excess feathers, there are only so many beds you can make. :)

Should at the very least make them compostable.
