pouring milk out curding tube is not working.
You could add two bin buttons under milk and runnet level stripe, that removes liquid when clicked

I know this will take a while, but simply fill the Curding tub full of milk. Make sure you absolutely can't put any more milk on it. Don't add any more and take all the curds, it will eventually run dry.

On related note, Generic Gouda is now actually worth producing since it gives +2 CON.
