You didn't mine long enough to understand that we need not decreasing base quality but increasing. (what quality of anvil and hammer you make youself witout help?)

in fact we need to make lvl 1-3 more easy and more variable for newbies, and make lvl 5 much much hard and more reward to experienced player.

I don't know how strong they are late game, but if they are really that strong, I'd say they should make it much easier to build a Mine Hole on the 0 level (to reach the first level) and harder to make it on the other levels, because to get 20 beeswax is taking weeks to me, in 4 caves I've found there was only one with Metal Ore, and it was the worst one...also Q10, and it's very far from my village, so I rarelly go there

I think the current q150+ average quality nodes are rewarding enough.

i say base quality, start quality
not from 40-150
but from 80-150

I like some things in last updates: bone clay, compost bin. Now quality relies more on working rather than having high quality node. It is relatively easy to increase a bit of quality of low quality item.
I think something should be done to mining. Going from percentage increase to absolute value increase will make raising from low quality bars (i.e. 25+5, 30/25=20% increase in q, sqrt(3/2.5)=9.5% increase in bonus gain) more rewarding than from high quality (i.e. 100+5, 105/100=5% increase in q, sqrt(10.5/10)=2.4% increase in bonus gain).
Lowering base and node ore qualities are done to balance with other resources' quality (clay, water, soil).
