Being able to create arbitrary quality mirkwood dosn't sound like a balanced idea.

I would like to see random goodies added to stumps along with normal tree stumps turning into hollow stumps over time

They actually already spawn grubs sometimes.

Yes, we could do this, but in Salem it resulted in farming rotten logs for the stuff. Not sure if great.
