Larder and food storage.

Larder and food storage.

Postby ricky » Sun Oct 16, 2016 7:23 pm

It always puzzled me that literally everything a hearthling might own is stored in a cupboard. The mental image of stacks of raw meat sitting in a cupboard always catches me off guard.

Could we get a larder that could only be built indoors and only holds food?

perhaps has 10x10 slots or some other mechanism to encourage larder usage over cupboards.

Can't you imagine the cupboard as a larder?

I would love something along kitchen cupboards that have glass doors... just for the visual difference mainly. Hard to have your dining room/kitchen look the part when thats all it is the same as your bedroom lol. Function wise idk how it should really be different.

Sounds good, cellars should have buildable larders that store piles of crops, meat, cheese, etc. Piles of crops take up too much space on the farm. Make it so that we could dump them straight in using a wheelbarrow. Thanks!
