Claim, crime and privileges

Postby Colin500 » Mon Oct 17, 2016 2:33 pm

We're only limited to 3 privileges:
Trespassing, Theft and Vandalism. Why not add another one?

There are lots of possibilities like for example Siegecraft.
We could have an option in Village Idol, to prohibit villagers from building Siege machines, where only people with new privilege can build them without leaving scent.
We could also have a new scent, which would appear when you're trying to use siege machines without the privilege like betrayal or defection, which could be a crime as bad as murder or a little weaker.
It could also be made, that if a person was in the village within ~24h, then trying to siege still counts as betrayal.

Basically I've came up with the idea, because it's really akward when you see a single man build a battering ram on a plot inside a huge village, then breaks the wall by himself and lets the raiders inside (just an example) also dunno why, but I just started randomly thinking about it :F

Actually having wall interaction in a separate permission could be handy.
Separating spies from non-spy villagers and setting up cairns is a mess due to a very small size of a cairn, very limited amount of groups to juggle and general retardency of the system.

Maybe allow cairns to be at least 45x45 while we're at it?

There could also be added another cairn like building that would be more expensive and would allow you to claim more terrain.
