Every thing in C&L is being worked (in progress) on unless it out right denyed(then its denyed).
Completed stuff can be found in the day.

As a fellow programmer I can tell you that even I get bored of looking at the same fking code day in and out. so I like to work on a billion unfinished projects in my game- even start new ones.

no~ cuz we might work 1/2 thought a project then scrap it- then people will cry about it on the forums.
50% of the community like {insert update idea} while 50% hate it. can't ever make everyone happy.
so it's best to leave everything till last min surprise.

jorb links some threads from C&I in the patch notes. I don't see a problem with forum user creating such thread though.

Yeah with "you" I meant Jorb & Loftar (now that I think about it, it was not obvious, but all the suggestions here are toward them, so I did use "you" as "to jorb and loftar)
They could make a Thread with something like a Development Roadmap with links to the thread where it was suggested the update

Has been tried with individual updates (we're working on this/that) and lead to (bottom line) didn't work out that good iirc, so I don't think that it'll happen. Also it's more fun to be surprised about what'll happen next.
