and it gave me an cool idea

What if sometimes we would meet some non standard versions of animals we got,maybe in some creative way like the one above? Or maybe in some less creative ways like idk a fox with rabies,old auroch,or giant black bear or some crazy shit like two headed boar in extreme cases? Would be a unique factor that hunting is surely missing
