A more "casual" PvP vision

I'd make pvp death more difficult, let players fight at will and K.O., then loot items and skills. Follow their hearth where they can go for a kill, if they reach the hearth fire. Siege may be needed.

This way there's no need of thousands of alt combats, you could stick to one and improve and fight a lot without boring character rebuild. If you're sieged then you go all in cause means death.

Also forget QL on items, make so a new char naked with a spear could trespass and KO an old char if they "hit it right". A dangerous new player with a spear could handle 2, 3 enemies if they're unlucky. This could add a bit of realism and danger to any player involved in a fight, independent of how old or rich you are.

I think this way there'd be more pvp and drama, people would risk more.

You'd end up with meta game changing to delay tactics. The person with more time would win.

Also titan would be a larger problem.
And never dieing swarm would be a problem.
WARNING! MY ENGISH SUCKS.

I do think outcomes other than death should be encouraged/incentivized (though death should always be on the table!)

You know that in most of the cases people survive pvp encounters? Like, we fight 6v6, 1 person dies, the others lose some health/survive. Thats how it should look like.

We as in who? The same douchebags every single world? I wonder when you'll realize the amount of people that don't participate in combat far outweights the number of people that do and it's not because they are "casuals" or simply don't want to participate.

Whether you're peaceful or not doesn't mean you don't need to fight at some point in the game and maybe they are only peaceful because the combat is so unforgiving without knowing the exact build you should be using and putting a house sign on your hotkey bar and blah blah <insert tiny intricacies to combat that very few people know about here.>

Building a fighter up so you can wander around and pvp with randoms isn't even putting effort in to the game, majority of people that don't participate in combat or rather don't have the luxury to do so are busy with the rest of the game while retards like you pretend you're actually good at it, meanwhile you're leeching off of bigger factions to build your character anyways.

Death should always be a fear factor in a permadeath environment or it defeats the purpose of being permadeath. However since PvP is not usually by defender's choice, combat itself should be accessible to even those that play casual or have no desire to provoke attacks. But rather than making it forced to go to hearthfire to kill, make combat more intuitive.

On the community side, someone should make combat guide for newbies so that more trained newbies and civilian makes it more dangerous for random bandit to fight a group of civilians that are willing to make a stand.

I should remind that the peaceful shrubs doesn't have a choice if they want to fight or not so they should have a voice. :)
The vast majority of communication with others are not just words; it is also diction, body motion, and many other factors. Even doing nothing is communication in itself. The moment your eyes meet someone, you have initiated contact. In essential, it is a constant non-stop flow between two or more entities.
