Now that we have compost giving us bunch of earthworms. We should also be able to make dishes out of them to eat?
Though im pretty sure that earthworms taste like earth

Earthworms are eating earth themselves, so the person who would try to chew unprocessed earthworms will be slightly disappointed by getting some humus in his mouth.

Some cuisines put alive earthworms in a dough for a day or two. When earthworm will excrete all earth and consume a suitable amount of dough, it will become ready for frying.

I used to know a kid that ate earthworms. He said that the key was to swallow without chewing. Granted, this was the same kid that dropped out of school, lived off alcohol and smokes in his parents basement and then got arrested for trying to knife a teacher, but when it came to eating worms he knew what he was talking about.
