some magical beacon

so now since we have realms maybe we could get something magical spawning like a localized resource and it could be lifted and put into realm or maybe into a village claim and give some bonuses and it would be unique enough so that would would have like 3 of them or something,so villages would constantly fight and steal them from each other sorta like capture the flag

or maybe magical control points that would be unclaimable and unwallable or maybe some rare item thing would spawn on it,impossible to port home with,so you would have to carry it and your team would protect you

game misses that sort of adrenaline stuff

Just add a new butchering option (or mroe) to pigs and allow a bacon cut, getting some uncured raw bacon instead of normal meat. Then use a frying pan and cook up some fresh bacon....

Wait that is another idea not what your after.... But hell make basic bacon a good food enough that people go to war over pigs... But ya.

There does need to be some feeling and rush of steeling even if its not really steeling. We do have some of that with the local resorces, but something more to add a spice to everything is needed. Just I do not know what as of yet.

Kind of like AoM relics

You could even go as far as to copy some relic bonuses

yeah the relics are awesome, perhaps trackable with something like downsing rod? so once a relic spawns and you pick it you could be almost certain you are on someones mark

I think needs siege overhaul before some thing like this can be good.

I doubt siege will ever be "good".
It will always be either too difficult or too easy to raid.

My concerns as well.

Otherwise I like the idea.
