Remove hitboxes from leaf and straw stockpiles please. Real life doesn't have it and haven shouldn't either.

obviously every time we walk through a leaf stockpile a small amount of leaves should be kicked out of the stockpile onto the ground, just like real life

Cool, almost every stockpile should work in this way, maybe they should even slow you down...preventing also the abuse with hunting and locking pathfinding in general...but clearly not a priority..

Problem with that would be that you could then place infinite stockpiles on stockpiles. We have some ideas to address this, but it's not top of my mind.

A kind of hitbox that interact only between that object (stockpiles in this case)...is not that simple, am i missing something?
I doubt you can build a HF over another HF...so something similiar is already in the game?
